History

St. Anne’s HSS situated in the heart of Kottayam was established in 1921 under the management of the Archdiocese of Kottayam. It was elevated as High School in 1927and upgraded as Higher Secondary in 1998. With deep reverence we remember all our patrons and benefactors whose blessings continue to remain our source of inspiration in our strife for excellence.

The school is committed to serving the economically and socially marginalised sections of society and provides education in a christian atmosphere for students especially those belonging to the catholic community.

In keeping with its mission the school promotes education which takes into account learning    differences and the special needs of the differently abled.  It seeks to mould women of character who will be self reliant and socially committed. The school which blossomed under the stewardship of former principals today reigns at the helm of Kottayam balancing its commitment to academic excellence with emphasis on all round development of students.
